Data controller

Your personal data is processed by MOZİ Turizm İnşaat İthalat İhracat Ticaret Ltd. Şti., acting as data controller, within the scope explained below.

The data controller is MOZİ Turizm İnşaat İthalat İhracat Ticaret Ltd. Şti., registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under number 805904-0, MERSIS number 0623033130300026. The company operates under Group A Travel Agency Operating Licence no. 7299 issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism and uses the brand name "Sonic Turizm".

Personal data processed

Only the data you submit through this website is processed:

• Identity and contact details: full name, e-mail address, telephone number and, where provided, company name
• Details of the travel request: departure and return points, dates, number of travellers, cabin preference and the notes you write as free text

Purpose of processing

Your data is processed solely in order to assess your travel request, present you with an offer, contact you about your request and, should you ask for it, carry out the reservation process.

Marketing communication is carried out only if you give separate and explicit consent.

Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the following legal grounds: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), that the data controller fulfils a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and, as regards being contacted upon your request, your explicit consent (art. 5/1).

Method of collection

Data is collected electronically, through the quote and contact forms on this website and through the WhatsApp or e-mail correspondence that you initiate.

The forms on the site do not save your data directly to a server; when you complete a form, a summary text is produced and it is you who chooses to send it by WhatsApp or e-mail.

Transfers

No sales are made through this site and no application file is kept on it. Once you send us your request, only what the service requires is shared with the party concerned: the airline or reservation system for a flight, the hotel for accommodation, the relevant consulate or visa application centre for a visa, and, if you ask for it, the travel insurance company. No transfer is made to any other third party; data is never sold or passed on for marketing purposes.

If you choose to communicate over WhatsApp, the content of that correspondence becomes subject to the relevant service provider's own policies.

Retention period

No data is stored on this site; the site does not record what you enter on any server. Messages you send by WhatsApp or e-mail remain in the company's own correspondence records and are not kept once your request has been completed, except where legislation requires them to be retained. You can ask for your records to be deleted at any time.

Your rights as a data subject

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the following rights, which you may exercise by applying to the data controller:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if it is, to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred
• To request rectification if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• To request erasure or destruction where the conditions for it are met
• To request that rectification, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing
